DAVE LIND REGIONAL CO-PASTOR After growing up in Rutland, Vermont and graduating from UVM, I worked for several corporations and became a senior product engineer. Thirty-six years ago I left engineering to attend Moody Bible Institute, earned a Masters of Ministry degree and planted a church in the Chicagoland area. I returned to Rutland with my family twenty-six years ago to pastor Calvary Bible Church. My roles involve teaching the Bible in a practical, relevant way; building teams in effective ministries; and equipping our people to have a vital relationship with Christ while sharing their faith with their family/friends. My wife, Dawn, has a Masters degree in Teaching and is an ICF certified life coach. Dawn and I love to build marriages and to help people discover their God-given purpose. We have three married sons with four wonderful grandchildren.

SETH PANKRATZ RESIDENT CO-PASTOR Though I am originally from the Northeast, I’ve pastored churches in Texas, Florida, and California before returning home to pastor in Rutland, VT. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State, I worked as an engineer while pursuing a Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. I married my wife, Kristi in 2002. Our oldest son, Joshua, was born in 2007. Andrew was born in 2010, and Daniel was born in 2014. In 2015, I began working on a Ph.D. in preaching. My hobbies include reading, writing, photography, golf, skiing, running, bicycling, “escape-from-the-world” backpacking, “man-time” with my boys, and playing any musical instrument I can lay my hands on. I especially love preaching, researching, creative thinking, and making lots of joyful noise. My role as a pastor is to be an “under-shepherd” (Acts 20:28); charged with leading the church in prayer (Colossians 4:2) and the ministry of the Word (1 Timothy 4:13), protecting her sound doctrine (Titus 1:9), and preparing her people for works of service for the building up of the church (Ephesians 4:11-12).

Jacob Stafford

I was born and raised in Texas (Fort Worth and Frisco). I played ice hockey for many years and was recruited to Castleton University in 2012. In that time of my life, I was insecure and got my sense of identity from playing hockey. I was a goalie and had even skated with pros, but my career ended when I quit playing in college. Then I went crazy trying to find myself, meaning, and peace. That is, until I went to Calvary Bible Church and heard about Jesus. Now I have been ridiculously changed by Him - I have peace, truth, and eternal life. God saved me in that season of life - at the end of my junior year in college (Easter 2015). I took the opportunity to stay and minister here in the Rutland area after graduating. I am called to the people of Vermont and so I lead a ministry about discipleship through evangelism and mentoring that is called No Place Left.
